Zina’s Salon is located in Oakland, a northeast Topeka neighborhood.  I moved into the Oakland neighborhood to be nearer my family, church – Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish, and Topeka’s Fiesta Mexicana.  Look for my little bungalow at 208 NE Woodruff Avenue (the house with the painted trees in front) practically across the street from the now closed La Siesta Restaurant.  Parking is available on Woodruff or in the driveway and/or yard behind the house.
